The first step is the Planning. In this step our team of I.T professionals will assess your profile. Once this procedure has been completed, you will be contacted by our team to move forward with the next step, in which you are paired with a mentor.

Once you are matched with a mentor , he / she will help you throughout the process of trainings and skills required to achieve your career goals and help with job search.A mentorship program is designed by industry experts. 

By this time you must have identified  your career goals, must have done training required. and all the steps required getting ready to move into your next role.

We will help you develop real-world skills that will assist you in landing your dream job. Our mentorship program will guide and assist you in developing the skills needed. This includes helping you search for the job itself, as well as the training required.

 Our event brings in top technical leaders across the globe. However, we will be having local meetups as well.
